A new addition to our holiday house portfolio, Brook Cottage, a 3 bed holiday cottage in Kelling village.

Brook Cottage is ideally situated in Kelling village with outstanding views over open farmland and all the charm and appeal you could ever ask for, a real chocolate box hideaway. There are plenty of wonderful walking and cycling opportunities along the coast and the Coast Hopper Coach stops in the village.

Briefly the cottage comprises:

• Sitting room with woodburner for cozy nights in
• TV, DV/video player/Freesat
• Fitted kitchen with Fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave
• Dining room /playroom
• Local information, childrens toys and books for all the family
• Downstairs bathroom
• Quite steep wooden tread stairs with stairgate at the top (possibly unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties)
• Master bedroom with double bed
• 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are singles, one having a trundle bed below.
• Shower room
• In the garden there are several seating areas from which to enjoy the undisturbed views and and to sit and have a drink and meal in the evenings.
• A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are allowed, but please keep them under control as the garden is not dog proof.

All bedding and linen is provided including tea towels. There is a rotary clothes dryer in the garden, iron and board, hairdryer.

A supply of logs is provided free of charge during the winter months.

Change over days are on a Friday (for weekly lets) and Mondays (for short breaks) other days by agreement.
